I am reading Jeffrey Sachs' "Common Wealth - Economics for a Crowded Planet". It describes with brilliant clarity the developments which are threatenning our planet. It also shows how efforts could be made to exit the spiral of ever larger unsustainability and enter a process of increasing sustainability.
